No Pets Allowed: An extra $300.00 cleanup and deodorization fee will be charged if evidence of pets are found. 

Smoking Not Allowed: If there is evidence of smoking, there is an additional $200.00 cleanup fee. Smoking is permitted outside ONLY and there are smoking recepticles to dispose of cigarettes when done.
