• Prices are for up to 6 guests.
  
• Peak Season (June-August & January) 2500/week (Additional guests ..$200 each/per week)
  
• Off Season ................... $1900/week (Additional guests .. $185 each/week)
  
• 2nd week in succession-20% off both peak and off season
  
• Other fees: request cleaning-additional; security deposit($600) refundable after satisfactory walk thru.  cigarette smoking in home charge $200 cleanup. $150.00 cleanup fee following checkout;there will be an extra $300.00 cleanupfee if evidence of pets are found.
